Leadership was one journey. The search for meaning was another.
For more than three decades, Bhupendra worked across multinational corporations and leading Indian businesses, in national and international roles — including leadership assignments with Coca-Cola in India and internationally.
For over 20 years, he held senior business leadership positions, including Business Head, CEO and Managing Director roles, leading businesses, teams and transformation across diverse markets and cultures.
Beyond business, these years became an education in people — what drives us, what limits us, and what enables us to realise more of our potential.
And alongside the corporate journey ran another, deeper inquiry.

From Inquiry to Writing
The questions found their first expression in four books.
Through four books — A Fly on the Cartwheel, Every Grain Has a Name, I to Infinity and The Unfathomable Hand of Destiny — Bhupendra explored human potential, free will, meaning, and the journey from the small self to something far larger.
Writing became a way to refine the thinking. And each book became a step towards a more practical, integrated framework.
